3. Requirements
- A device with a microphone and an active internet connection.

4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Tookoo. In particular, the following is prohibited:

- use for unlawful, fraudulent or harassing purposes;
- interfering with the technical infrastructure, circumventing security measures, or automated mass use.
5. Availability
Tookoo is provided without any claim to continuous availability. Maintenance, faults or changes to third-party services used may cause interruptions. We reserve the right to change or discontinue the service at any time.
6. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, as well as for injury to life, body or health. In the case of simple negligence, we are only liable for the breach of a material contractual obligation (cardinal obligation) and limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Any further liability is excluded. In particular, we accept no liability for the accuracy or completeness of automatically generated translations; you should not rely on a machine translation alone for decisions of importance.
7. Data protection
Information on the processing of personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to these terms
We may amend these Terms of Use with effect for the future. The current version is always available at this address.
9. Governing law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, unless mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the state in which you have your habitual residence conflict with this.
